Histoire
Delphi was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of General Motors and went public in 1999 as an independent company. After a restructuring, Delphi Technologies was acquired by BorgWarner in 2020.

Delphi/BorgWarner produces in over 90 plants in 22 countries. Injection systems and ignition components are manufactured in UK, Germany, USA, China and Mexico.
